As internet has become the part and parcel of our life,eMarketing is taking its wings to fly higher.Its a technique, implementing new marketing techniques through internet.It is one of the emerging technology upon which one can rely on.eMarketing is gaining its importance nowadays.This could be because of several reasons,

2. Cheeper.
3. Internet provides large amount of information about a product.
4. Product will be in your door steps within few days of odering.
5. Customer need not wait in long queues to get his/her desired product.
6. Customers compete eachother to grab certains products(like iPode) at the time of release itself.

Even though it has got several advantages over traditional marketing techniques,there could be some problems that needs to be kept in mind before one jumps into eMarketing.This include
1. Guarantee on the quality of goods purchased is cosiderabily less.
2.Delay in the delivery process.
3. Customers may loose their money when goods are not delivered.
4. It doesnot ask for customer feedback.
5. Chances are there like customers are cheated by using unauthorised sites.
6. Delivered products may suffer defects during transportation.
7.Customers sometimes have to pay extra (as tariff/ shipping cost) at the time of delivery.
8.Common people who support the marketing feild(around 60% of market share) are unaware of this new technology.
9.Customer doesnt get a chance to familiarize the product before ordering it.

It could be made better through
1. Creating awareness about this technique amoung common people.
2.Provide Wifi network all over the world.
3.Guarentee that good products are delivered.
4.Marketing departments of every company should work efectively.
5.Ontime delivery system.
6.Effective collabaration with various transportation comapanies.

It is easy to select and buy a product on net.

If u have free access to net then its a lot more easier...

but if u are in need of buying that u r in need or u need to buy something important, then definitely its not right place to buy ur needs.......
because u r not sure about quality of ur product and 95% its not like what u imagine....... and it doesn't cater to ur needs.

so as of now online shopping is not of much use.........
May be in the future it will gain more market.

all th comments here have been related to buying things online but the concept of eMarketing according to me means more than just buying, it also involves marketing which is a very big topic.

online, we use not only our space but also the space others are willling to offer in order to promote our ideas and products. this site also contains ads. it is a two process. we get revenue by the number of clicks that the posted ad gets at the same time the person whose ad is posted gets publicity, hence both are benefitted. this is the advantage of online marketing.

all sites serve more than one person, benefiting not only those who directly involved but also indirectly involved.

also what is important is that we don't try to get the users to our sites, but the aim should be to post ads where the users are.

the idea may be good..... but i am not content with buying something that i can see and feel with my hands.

how can i be sure what i see on the computer screen is exactly what i get... even though a bit tedious i will go the next door mall to buy my things.

i have bought so many things. it is very nice and easy. i dont have a credit card i do all the purchase using netbanking.

i always go brabded items only..... but in some sites they charge the shipping charges but in some they dont.

i have a broad band connection at home and i spend most of my time trying to find out new items to buy....... it real very nice and every one should try it.....

the concpet is new and is catching up fast with the people. Just to try out i bought a watch and a pen. but i personally feel that the charges were high. also the watch was not as good in hand as looked in the picture when i got it !!! :(

but i can buy what i want at any time i want so that is really very nice, but the problem is that i gt the things only after almost a week.... by that time i had lost all hope of geting it
